Leadership

Michael Alpaugh is the Founder and Managing Director of Avenues Education Services LLC. With nearly two decades of international experience as an English language educator, consultant, and institutional leader, he specializes in designing scalable professional development systems and cross-border academic partnerships.

A Specialist with the U.S. Department of State English Language Programs and the Chair of the American Chamber of Commerce Vietnam Education & Training Committee, Michael holds a Master of Arts in TEFL/TESOL from the University of Birmingham (UK).

Having lived and worked extensively across Asia and the Middle East since 2007, he brings unrivaled regional expertise to educational programs worldwide.
